This recipe is my version of Sri-Lankan Palak Dal (Lentils with Spinach). The traditional recipe was introduced to me by my fellow Sri-Lankan Chef Akhil, my personal touch is the addition of roasted sweet potatoes and peppers. In short, it is very simple to prepare and absolutely delicious, you can eat it with flatbread, rice or as is. If you are looking to add lentils into your diet, this is the best place to start. Enjoy the food!

You in a real sense toss everything in the pot and leave! You can make it as zesty as you prefer. I'm somewhat of a weakling with regards to flavor so I keep it on the faltering side however go ahead and include a touch more chipotle stew pepper powder along with everything else. It is totally the best presented with a spot of harsh cream and destroyed cheddar on top!

KUNG PAO CAULIFLOWER

This vegetarian and low carb Kung Pao Cauliflower recipe starts with marinated cauliflower and then cooked in a homemade szechuan sauce. This may seem like the most peculiar mix of fixings. I'm simply going to require you to confide in me that it works. The thick, tasty sauce is strange! It requires a tad of planning time since we will marinate the cauliflower first. This assists with permitting the cauliflower to truly have the option to absorb the sauce when we go to cook it later.
