With just three ingredients, these Strawberry Mimosas are an easy, light and tasty drink to mix together for brunch or for any occasion! I love easy recipes, especially if they are easy drink recipes where I probably have most of the ingredients on hand. These Strawberry Mimosas have become one of my favorite drinks to whip up recently. I think they are a delicious drink for brunch or just as a refreshing beverage during the spring and summer months. It's so simple yet so flavorful and it feels fancy even when it isn't!

Ingridients

DIRECTIONS

01 Step

Add strawberries to a wide mouth jar or glass with the orange juice and use an immersion blender to blend into a pulp. Alternatively, you can use a food processor or blender.

02 Step

Divide the juice between two champagne glasses and top each with pink moscato.

03 Step

Serve cold and enjoy!

CHEF'S NOTES

For those who don’t like any pulp in your drinks, you can run it through a fine mesh strainer to remove it.I prefer to use Cara Cara oranges but any orange will do!I used Barefoot Bubbly Pink Moscato but obviously use your favorite brand with this recipe. Also, I chill the moscato before making the drinks. I prefer to drink this cold. This makes two fairly large mimosas. If you’re serving them for a more “dainty” occasion, this recipe can probably make 4 smaller drinks.I like a lot of juice in mine but the ratios can be adjusted to taste.I used fresh strawberries but frozen can also be used. Pineapple juice would be a great alternative to orange juice in this recipe.Easily double this recipe to serve more guests.

My husband and I have been married for 25 years. We have two beautiful children, a daughter (22) and a son (21). I grew up in Wisconsin, the youngest of 7 children. I work full-time in the printing industry, from the comforts of my home. My husband is from Italy, from a town called Aprilia, which is about 30 minutes from Rome. I learned a lot about Italian cooking from his mother. She came to stay with us for 7 months when each of our children were born.
