CHEF'S NOTES

Nutritional information is for the Bloody Mary Mix only. You can double this recipe to make more for larger crowds. We use pickle, shrimp, lemon and limes to garnish this, but you can use your favorite garnishes. Get creative! If you like more spice and heat, add some more hot sauce. If you don't like a lot of heat you can cut back.Use your favorite brand of vodka for this. To make a virgin Bloody Mary, justSwitch out the alcohol for gin for a Gin Mary or Tequila for a Bloody Maria.

My husband and I have been married for 25 years. We have two beautiful children, a daughter (22) and a son (21). I grew up in Wisconsin, the youngest of 7 children. I work full-time in the printing industry, from the comforts of my home. My husband is from Italy, from a town called Aprilia, which is about 30 minutes from Rome. I learned a lot about Italian cooking from his mother. She came to stay with us for 7 months when each of our children were born.
